We pick up guests at several hotels; your hotel might be the first, so please be ready by 01:00 pm (or 05:30 pm) and we will come to your door as soon as we can.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 24 – 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
